31ST AVGUST 2017: 4TH MEETING OF THE PROJECT PARTNERS, 3RD EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING AND 2ND STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING FOR THE PROJECT FUTURA

Project partners of the Project FUTURA have attended the 4th meeting of the project partners, 3rd executive board meeting and 2nd Steering Committe in the same day.
On the meeting were discussed the report on progress and future activities. Till the end of June 2017 seven prototypes of DRFB discs were designed. Two of them were abandoned in design phase. Five of them succesfully passed FEM analysis and reached ceratain level of compliance against requirements. Followed by succesfully passed FEM analysis all five prototypes were produced.
Futura 4 and 5 prototypes are planned to be tested in laboratory of VUD and are planned to be mounted on the wagon for testing in real environment. Some open issues regarding performance of the real environment test for last 2 prototypes were discussed (with the purpose to test successfully both of them). All issues were solved with agreement of all project partners.
The list of submitted and planned deliverables was presented. Detailed plan for effective cooperation in the preparation of reports for deliverables was prepared. Operational plan was modified with consideration of content of Amendment Request.
Executive board members and Steering Committee members were informed about past and future activities within FUTURA project by the Executive board.
