26-28TH SEPTEMBER 2017 PRESENTATION OF FUTURA PROJECT AT TRAKO FAIR

Project FUTURA was presented on the TRAKO fair – 12^th international railway fair  – in Poland.

TRAKO is the largest and most prestigious rail industry meeting Poland and one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe. A presentation of the state of the art in transport systems and railway infrastructure in Poland, Europe and round the world. The Fair takes place every two years.

TRAKO 2017 have had 700 exhibitors from 25 countries,  30.000m² of exhibition space, 1.000 m² of exhibition track to showcase rolling stock, on-track machines and equipment.

TRAKO is a meeting place for rail and tram businesses: organizers and operators, technology providers, manufacturers, distributors, central and local authorities, experts, engineers, investors and railway enthusiasts. Participants are both multinationals and the leading Polish rail and tram companies, including private and local government operators, suppliers of rail technology and rolling stock.

To the exhibitors and visitors have been presented the fifth prototype of the New Divided Rail Freight Brake Disc (DRFB Disc), findings, results of laboratory tests and first information from testing in real environment.
